- The replacement is eligible seven days from the date of delivery Incase the Product is Broken in Shipping
- The sold products cannot be returned or Replaced
- In case of a product broken or damaged an immediate exchange will be done if the product’s broken image is shared or will refund for the broken products alone(*incase if we are unable to dispatch the replacement of the broken product within 7 working days)not applicable on pandemic situation.
- The replacement time will take up to another 3-5 working days.
- Since Cast Iron Cookware are Handmade the structure, weight and look might be different from each Product it won’t be considered as a damage
- In case of Return the Reverse Shipping charges should be Bonne by the Customer. After the Customer Approves on the Returns, the Product will be initiated for Return and after Receiving the Product and also verifying the product received. The Refund Procedure will be initiated with the tallied Reverse shipping charges.
